The Role of UNCITRAL in the Modernisation and Harmonisation of International Trade Law

A plenary session with representatives of the UNCITRAL Secretariat and Russian state authorities, as well as thematic sessions on dispute resolution, electronic commerce, and cross-border insolvency.

The conference is part of a new series of UNCITRAL academic events for Eastern Europe, aimed at raising awareness of UNCITRAL instruments and the importance of legal harmonisation.
